Welcome to Kubala Kustom Rods web site.  I am Jaron Kubala, founder of Kubala Kustom Rods.  Raised near the Texas coast my entire life I have spent many hours in the Texas coastal bay systems growing up in a family of fisherman. As a young child I had the privilege of fishing with several rods that my father had built for me. As I grew older and my fishing experiences became more and more addicting, fishing was no longer just a fun hobby it had become a huge part of my life.  I decided to take my fathers joyful hobby a bit further. (This is where it starts, so many ask, how did you get into building fishing rods? ) Following in his footsteps I decided to pursue the art of rod crafting and offer a series of custom fishing rods consisting of top quality components to fit any serious angler’s needs.
